"The stay at this hotel was overall good. It was found to be clean, warm and comfortable. The owner and staff were all very friendly too. The breakfast was good, but improvements could be made; a better selection of cooked food should be considered. The biggest disappointment however, was the fact that for a €110 room, there were no tea and coffee making facilities. "A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "
