"The lobby was really great, and there is a restaurant inside the hotel that is very nice and had delicious food. However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area. "

"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. "After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! "Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff.
