An Verpackung für Butter, Marmelde....könnte noch erheblich eingespart werden. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Es hat alles gepasst."

"We loved staying at the Hof - Amadeus Boutique Hotel. The owners were warm and welcoming; stayed up extra time waiting for us to arrive when we were delayed due to a storm we got caught in. "The property is right by the forest and is near Bad Langensalza. The check in was very informal and hotel was very basic. The price is only worth it for the convenience of being by the forest. In walking distance of the treetop canopy which was very nice."

"When the owner called for a taxi on Saturday, but no service answered, he gave me a ride into town using his own van. That is outstanding service!"

"Beautiful location. We asked to have a window seat and were told they were all reserved. (Please excuse that I doot speak any German. so It might have been a miscommunication.) As far as I could see there were window seats which were not used that morning by the time we left."

"I got off the autobahn and drove through Germany at its best! The fall colors were beautiful. This was late in the afternoon and again the next morning as I proceeded to Frankfurt Airport. Speaking of, the airport was a close 2-2 1/2 hours away! The hotel itself was quaint, the breakfast (though I did not participate as I needed to leave) looked and smelled great. This would be a very nice place to also stay at for a longer stay and walk around the area!"

"what a surprise this was. a resort style town, and an older but well mainted hotel, with hidden vacilites... heated pool.. 10 nis stroll to town centre were there are great cafes, restaurants amd beer gardens. we had the three bed room, and all beds were grat heaps of space, big bathroom. buffet breakfast had plenty to chose from. we even extended our stay by another night."

"Former Franciscan monastery dating back to 1280 In Eisenach Zentrum, next door to Lutherhaus. Room was clean, quiet, and simply furnished. Front desk only staffed between 1:30 pm and 10:00 pm. Parking limited to 4 spaces in garage behind (and connected to) hotel or on street with purchase of a "parkschein.". Excellent European-style breakfast buffet is included."
