"Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. "Easy parking in shopping car park adjacent to hotel. Reception on first floor (lift from street level). Efficient and friendly check in. Pleasant simple “Italian” restaurant 100 m away - no restaurant in hotel. Quiet location. Definitely desirable to have a car if staying here. "

"Comfortable small hotel and good breakfast. Helpful staff, but not v knowledgeable about local buses to the splendid Vierzenheiligen church. When were there in April, there was weekday bus (Kaiser Reisen service 1212) 10.49am from the station to the Church main carpark, return bus 15.38pm. Tickets from the station. The hotel reception is not manned 24/7, so they appreciate confirmation of arrival time. "

"Lovely hotel in a little German town, breakfast was delicious and plentiful - continental breakfast but there was bacon and eggs. Dinner was absolutely delicious can recommend the grilled trout. "

Guy at reception is Nice but reception closes at 8 pm and and open at 10 am. Room ok. Nothing fancy. I would stay again. Worth for the money. Next morning i left at 9.58 am . Reception wasnt open.
