"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."

"Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach. "

"We stayed at the Salih Bosna Suite with my sister and it was beyond perfect. The decor was breathtaking and just peaceful overall. The balcony overlooked the Sabanci Merkez Cami and Taskopru. "We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect. "

Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history."
