"This would be a 5-star rating had there been a microwave in the room. Everything was sparkling clean; even the carpet (I brought a pair of slippers because of previous hotel stays elsewhere). Rachel, who checked us in, was great at her job, and very personable. $24 for parking was a bit excessive, but we did have in-out privilges (we didn't use them) and the walk to our concert venue was short and comfortable."

"The staff was very helpful ,very friendly and accommodating.the hotel itself was well maintained and clean.i just Had a complaint about ac not working but the staff to care of the problem immediately the first night. Now the only thing i wasnt happy about was that the hottub was out of service and the pool itself need an upgrade.It make the pool alittle greenish yellowish..Other then that my stayed at this hotel was great..Would stay again for sure."
