"The lady, Jennifer, that checked us in was nice but the staff, man, after her was a bit cold and wasn't welcoming. The food was very good & the room was nice but it could use some better cleaning, it didn't look as of it had much attention. The couch is a nice color but it look too worn out too use a long with the chair covers they could of used a washing. Kitchen was nice."

"Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Linens and towels smelled amazing! Quiet, other than some street noise. Very tall windows which were unable to be covered completely so room was not dark at night. Bed was too hard for my liking. Nobody was at front desk at all during our stay. Keys were left on front counter in an envelope. A bit of a safety issue in my opinion. No deadbolt on door of room, just a small flip lock."

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

"This house is listed as having 5 different bedrooms with 9 available beds. I booked this for 9 work colleagues and I, and when we show up at the house there is only 5 beds. To make the matter worse the home and all the bedroom furniture is literally falling apart, the dishwasher does not work, and the host failed to communicate with me when asking for the checkout instructions. Overall this was an awful experience. "
