"I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. "I liked the location in the country side. I did not like that even though I had a reservation they did not seem to be expecting me. I also did not like the fact that the room smelt musty. And I did not like being told by the reception person that he was busy smoking g and that I would have to wait for his help. The breakfast was not much as it had been well picked over by a tour group. "

"My experience here in December was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast are included and the cafe made me a coffee to go for the road. There was a ping pong table and live music in the evening. I enjoyed listening to the musician while playing chess. The other guests were singing along with the songs, and it was enjoyable."

"The cleanliness of my room was good, the cleaners were very nice to me, very helpful,the staff in the canteen was super nice and hospitable, especially the woman named TEREZA .The breakfast was good though, if there were changes in the daily manu, it would be AWESOME! But nice food anyway! I am very thankful to the staff in the canteen. I paid for the therapies extra, they were ok, not bad, good for my 16-year-old daughter anyway.And thanks to the manager and to the reception staff."
