"We had a two night stay here which we enjoyed as it was comfortable and within easy walking distance to city centre restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good apart from limited choice in cereals and fresh fruit etc, but that’s just personal choice, the cooked breakfast was good and I was happy to see that they had a vegetarian choice which hasn’t been provided in other hotels we’ve stayed in. "Hotel was nice, breakfast was very good, especially hash browns. There is a big retail park just across the street. Convenient stay. Visiting nearby Lough Neagh requires either a long walk or some form of transportation. "

"The only thing i could complain about was the breakfast, i arrived at approx. 9am and all the traus of hot food were almost empty, they did bring fresh food but it was cold or lukewarm, however i enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and cereal. Everything else was excellent at the hotel, staff and facilities were great "

"We had a quiet very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well heated and the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows (had all the most important things for a restful night). We could even have hot chocolate in the room to round off the night. "

"We switched to this hotel last minute for a weekend away in Belfast and we’re so glad we did. The staff were so helpful & also accommodated an early check in as we arrived early. The room was very spacious & the bed was comfortable. There was free beer on arrival and also complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities in the room.
