"We chose the Rideau because of its location, as my husband has mobility issues. They were able to provide us with a wheelchair for his use for the duration of our stay at no charge. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The only downfall was while housekeeping provided us with new towels everyday our bed was never made after check in. I’m sure this was just an oversight as they were great in every other aspect. We will definitely stay here again in the future! "

"First I got there and the condo that I had originally they told me party was too big and they had me purchase the kind of blow it with the other bedroom when I book a room two cars available for parking when I got there they told me I did not and I have to go with the third bedroom in order to get the second car would be an additional $30 for the room which was three nights which should’ve added up to $90. When I checked the receipts they charged me an additional $190. They yelled are our group...

"The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...
