"This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption,friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again. "

"My son and I stayed at this magnificent place. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Rooms were super clean, and the sea view from our balcony was simply amazing. "Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good - on a quiet street with a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to the center of Kotor as well."

"The guy is a jerk. Clever fox. Very disappointing. Donot know why hotels.com accept that . After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. "DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. "
