"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). "View from room 22 was over front with car park and then fairly busy road. Staff were courteous and helpful. Pool was lovely albeit kidney shaped. Parking was plentiful and had 2 disabled places much to our relief beside front entrance. No lift and steep stairs to first floor. Breakfast was plentiful and of great variety. Would stay again. Only problem was an alarm on next door room going off at 5.30am for 20 minutes. Apparently guest had left it minutely ajar. Tried phoning reception ONLY...

Staff are really welcoming, nothing is of any trouble, and the rooms are warm, comfortable and added extras like home-made biscuits to go with the tea, coffee, and fruit juice in the fridge.
