"The hotel is lovely & well-situated. The rooms were all unique and comfortable. They were well-appointed and tasteful. The breakfast was lovely with many hot and cold options & bubbles to start your day. The hotel & restaurant staff could use some customer service skill lessons. Be prepared to walk through hoards of smokers to get into the hotel as the restaurant seems to be very popular & "hopping" but don't expect to get to enjoy it yourself. We tried 2 different times to get into...

"we had 2 of us and requested the 2 room with terrace, lovely set up. We were on the 7th floor and they have a lift but it's teeny weeny! they were helpful to bring our bags up since you do have to go up a flight to the lift and then from the top, up another flight to the 7th floor. My only issue there was that they had a shelf in the shower that wasn't screwed in, it fell and broke and cut my leg a little (nothing major but blood everywhere), i told them when i left but they didn't care too...

"The hotel is located about 5min walk from the nearest metro. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel. The hotel had character. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not included and cost approx $6 which was not too bad. Complimentary coffee and tea. Airconditioning, fridge and TV were provided "

"This is the second time that I've stayed at this property. Housekeeping was wonderful- the room was spotless and serviced every time I requested it. Albert's place has delicious food at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a residential area which is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the Metro or bus stations to get to where you need to go. There is a grocery store behind the hotel within walking distance. ibis has the best beds and the best showers of any hotel in my opinion. I definitely...
