"The Injap hotel is well located with good access to shopping and dining. The view from the dining room on the 21st floor was stunning. Hotel staff from reception desk, security personnel, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, respectful and helpful with lots of smiles. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. "
