"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. They told me they do not have my reservation and they do not do business with hotels.com Tried to contact hotels.con for 3 hours, “worst costumar service ever” hotels.con send me an email at 1am saying that the hotel canceled my reservation. They have not refund my money yet. Do not book with hotels.com. You will end up sleeping in a car like me and my family. "

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
