"Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself."

"Beautiful Geoffrey Bowa- designed boutique hotel set in a beautifully tended garden. This is our second stay & it didnt disappoint. The staff remembered us after 4 years! "A lovely small hotel with just 6 rooms, needs to be adults only. When we arrived 2 of the rooms had 2 adults and 2 children in each of them. The pool isn’t large enough to accommodate 4 children playing, nor is the garden. The intimacy of the hotel meant the noise of the children after 11pm kept us awake,"
