"Surkhet is an undevelop area but the hotel is too good. Staff was so cooperative specially the receptionist . They always ready to help others. Good was always good"

"Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. The only set back I had is when I got stuck in the elevator for a while until they found the right key. Other than that, I would stay again. "

"Out side of the property looked very good . Kitchen staff was very good front desk guy was not . In the room my pillow bed seat and blanket has lots of stains "

"The staff was great. Avoid the "American breakfast." Their garden has some pretty flowers. The eastern wall of my room was a window covered with a paper thin curtain that did nothing to prevent the extremely bright sun from coming through in the morning. Also, the hotel doesn't have a generator (or if they did, it wasn't working), so the frequent power outages killed everything in the room. Still, this is likely the best hotel in town. "

"they had no details about our stay when we arrived, and denied providing a shuttle service to the airport. These issues were resolved, but we were not impressed."
