"I really enjoyed that we were close to Boston and didn’t have to pay as much as hotels in the Boston area. There’s a mall nearby and I enjoyed the fact that stores and restaurants weren’t too far away from the hotel (max. 10-15 min drive). It was well maintained and comfortable. I just wish the hotel staff were more responsive, i.e., when I had asked for some hot water they informed me to use the kettle (which was dirty in our room) and didn’t have any alternatives. "

After we complained about the bed, the hotel's front desk moved us to a new room for no additional cost. "Overall a well maintained property, but little things bugged me. The business center computers did not work. The light over the sink in the room was so bright that it blinded you. The closet in the room was so poorly designed that it was non functional. There were electrical outlets in the base of the lamps next to the bed but it was so designed that your typical phone charger plug couldn't be used. etc. I wouldn't have complained about these little things except that I tried for over 30...
