Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. "Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"

"Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious. There was a dining table that we used to have a dinner with the family who lived in the area. We ordered from the restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced."

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "
