"The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. "

"The family who own and operate the facility are very nice however I paid extra for a room with 'ocean view' which ended up being a room with a small corner balcony with no furniture on it, that, if you stretched, you could see some of the ocean... I also did not like that they had their family up there visiting on the Saturday evening in the outside main patio furniture as it made me feel like I also couldn't sit out there.. "Very friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet. Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Well-appointed bathroom. Contemporary decor. Our room had a great view of the Adriatic. Google maps does not give correct driving instructions to the hotel so it is best to follow the detailed instructions provided by the hotel. Close to many restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Nice rooftop restaurant. Breakfast ok not great. Duplex room spacious and nice with recent renovations. Deadbolt didnt work. Minor electrical issues. Overall a solid stay for a fair price."

Intercity buses can be hard to locate and figure out in Albania, and their friendly assistance made that effort much easier. The room was new and beautiful with a full ocean view.
