"Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible."

"The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. This is a locally run place with excellent service. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in town."

"Not a great choice. Hotel very run-down. Staff were friendly and tried to help but the rooms were in a construction area and shouldn't have been advertised as available as they did have even basic towel rails or door handles on bathroom. the toilet leaked all over floor and had to change rooms. The new room toilet made a noise all night but we couldn't close bathroom door as no handle. Beds were not king but double - challenging for 2 per bed. You get what you pay for, I guess."

"Although the front door doorbell was not working, we eventually got hold of the manager. The admin system also gave some problems and I understand it was a new system, but I had to wait a long time to pay them. Anyway, that being said, our stay was amazing. The place was clean and the cleaning service excellent. Thanks"
