"I traveled many places in world and it is the worst experience I faced.. it’s like premium place with -10 staff and service. I highly not recommend for tourist . I reached thr spending so much amount for taxi and finally they say no dinner/food facility so I took taxi back to city again for dinner and finally end up paying taxi more than resort stay cost 😡🤕"

"I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"The best view of the reservoir and highest floor was accommodated to us upon my request. It was clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and again, the view of the reservoir was nice. We will definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"체크인 할때 프론트데스크 직원이 키만 주면서 아무런 안내도 없고 조식 시간 등을 물어봐도 앞에 적혀 있다고만 하는 등 매우 불친절 하였음. "

"가평여행가서 당일 예약하던중 방이 1개남아있어서 운좋게 예약했는데 시설이 깔끔하고 내부 거실에서 바베큐가 가능해서 추운날씨에도 고기를 맛잇게 구워먹을수있어서 좋아요. 추운 날씨에 난방을 빵빵하게 틀어줘서 더울 정도였네요 가평여행시 방문 추천드려요"

"Brand new hotel but situated outside city center. Provide free parking. There is no restaurant at hotel nor breakfast room. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Simple reception and staff speak no English."
