"A really great hotel with a sincerely welcoming staff. Off season is great! Less crowds, just as many restaurants and such. We loved this hotel. Bed comfortable, linens lovely. "It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival....

"Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

Nice hotel conveniently located

"Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. Staff was friendly, especially the two ladies from the breakfast. Buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of bread, pastries, cereals, juices, etc. Private and secured free parking at the back of the hotel. "
