"What an amazing place this is. This was our third time staying here and, as usual, we loved everything about it. We even found fellow Christian’s on the staff there who made us feel like family. In our opinion this is the best place we have stayed anywhere in Africa. It just suited all our needs and gave us (a group of 3) time to unwind. Thank you everyone at WHK. "We got there late due tp far travels. They waoted for us. We were greeted with friendliness and made us feel at home. Slept well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and warm and cozy. We had friendly breakfast."

"Great location for visiting Cango Caves and Cango Wildlife Park. Nice to be so near a variety of animals at Wildewangel. Unfortunately the restaurant closed at 5 pm and we had to drive 30km into Oudtshoorn for a meal. Comfortable room and facilities but no heating."

"Be very careful if booking this property especially through Expedia. While booking a series of properties for a tour of the western cape I failed to notice that the calendar on the third booking, Rietfontein, had reverted to the current date this year instead of the date we reqd for next year. This was realised as soon as the confirmation came thru and Expedia were contacted immediately. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the Hotel were prepared to change the booking to the dates reqd.
