Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There is a small lounge area directly adjacent to the check in, however it felt too close to the employees for it to be comfortable. "Parkhouse B&B is incredibly well located to both Bunratty Castle and the Shannon Airport. In fact, it is right down the street from Bunratty Castle. Our host and hostess were so welcoming and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep before catching our flight home the next day. Fresh fruit, home-baked brown bread, and a choice of a hot breakfast plus a large pot of coffee rounded out our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Bar/restaurant downstairs and b&b upstairs. Had dinner at the restaurant and I had the best fish and chips. Breakfast was really good as well. They had a breakfast menu you order from and it’s well done. Was worried at first since they had live music at 9pm thinking that it would be noisy but they did good job at noise proof. Cliff oh Moher was only less than 30 minutes away by car. Very nice location for that. "

"Our hosts were fantastic, friendly, very helpful with local knowledge, great food, very clean, neat room. Best shower we've had so far ensuite, comfortable bed. Location was fantastic, easily accessible to the Cliffs of Moher, the Doolin Ferry to head out to the Aran Islands and see the Cliffs of Moher from the water. We drove into the Barrens this morning and watched a Sheep Dog demonstration, Caherconnell Fort, Poulnabrone etc... on our way towards Galway. "
