"The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,"

"The hotel is very good. Rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Perfect for one person. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The airport is not too far. The tram and metro line are only few blocks to go to the city. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. The facilitates are really nice. I'll stay again in the future. "

"This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and while the rooms are on the small side, they are always clean and tidy. The hotel is walking distance to Lygon St and the Royal Exhibition Building which is great and there is a tram stop out the front which goes straight to the CBD area "
