"Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. "Very convenient to the airport. For a minimal cost it wasnt difficult to take local busses into the old city."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city). "
