"When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!"

Breakfast was very good - typical French which was good since we were in France! Room very comfortable especially the bed! Balcony was a lovely place to relax in the sun!! Will be staying again when we next visit Épernay. "

"Fun, eclectic totally French vibe in this modern-aesthetic hotel. Rooms are tiny and bathroom was like a cruise ship’s, bed was a student thin mattress-none of this was a negative. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again!"
