"The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was very nice and clean. I had a little trouble understanding the accent at the front desk but we managed. I would say that the one thing I wasn't fond of was that anyone could walk in any of the entrances. No key card was needed. That seemed unsafe to me."

"Great location. The ferry and downtown dining options are very walkable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are warm and clean. The room was clean and comfortable as well. We are already planning another trip to St Ignace this fall and will definitely stay here again. "

"This is my new favorite hotel in the region. I was looking for a place that had old-time character and elegance. Terrace Inn had it. There's no elevator and the shower was small, but we expect this from a historic building. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge relief from the heat and humidity outside. The breakfast was wonderful - the staff served the food and walked around refilling coffee. It was like eating at a restaurant rather than the typical continental breakfast...

"Room is quaint, nicely decorated. Complimentary beverages and refreshments were a nice touch. Hotel is charming. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a bit early because the room was ready. Hallway floors are uneven which might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. Taller guests may need to duck to get into the showers. Overall, an excellent place to stay."

The only thing I would ask of differently would be the yard was not mowed so the grass was quite long (Although, I do understand the weather may have affected this). The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We will be definitely be staying here again in the future! "
