"Did not get the room that I pre-paid and booked online. I was put into a standard room instead of the Executive Suite that I had on my reservation. The hotel could not move me the first night so I needed to check out of the standard room by 10 the next morning and put my bags in the car and check back in later the next day at 4 for the correct room. They compensated me with breakfast the next morning. "
