The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. Basically this people should just change job and let professionals take care of the hotel "

"They gave me a very dirty room with 3 single beds...when I asked for a clean room they told me that all the rooms were busy and that they would look for something else for me. I went to the bar and when I came back they had given away my room because my luggage in it! They gave me back my luggage but the room was prepaid and they didn’t give me back my money! I had to go to a different hotel. I need to know how to get my money back,"

"Had just 1 night at the hotel. Doesn't look anything from outside, but its very bice once you walk in. Breakfast was good too. Can't beat it for that price. Spot on."
