Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). "We were received by a lovely receptionist who booked us in quick and provided us with clear instructions and places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast is the best we had for a long time with a big variety of food too long to mention. The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Brasov but very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for its great value."

"We travelled from USA spent a night here cause it got dark and we found this place on our way to Cluj but we enjoyed it to the fullest. "No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."

We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Its very busy around the town to park. Super efficient check in with extremely helpful man when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Beds a bit harder than we are used to, but we got used to them.
