"Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea. The kids enjoyed the large projection screen and the swingset outside. We couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful decor. Very well kept and loved by the owner. Centrally located in Campbellford meant restaurants and stores were all within walking distance: grocery store, coffee shop, bakery and farmers market just a few steps away. "This was a cute little cottage, my only complaints are that the screens were all ripped in our cottage, good thing the AC worked. Comforters were stained and some had cigarette burns in them. The carpet was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Other than that the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was clean and had a microwave, toaster, full size fridge and stove, washer and dryer, and cutlery, plates and cups if needed. We only stayed one night but it was by far better than the motel we stayed in...
