"Amazing room warm and cosy spacious matteress was a little soft for me but only a little thing on the overall stay . Lovely and quiet great tea tray and shower gels handwashes etc of a great quality (john lewis) , brilliant wifi and free and good freeview tv with good signal... overall great country cottage feel. Loved it will defo stay again"

We were contacted beforehand to see if we wished to dine in on our arrival which was very handy. Lovely fresh food was most welcome after a long drive. The bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean. "Check in was great. The hotel itself very clean, tidy and staff accommodating. However, no tea bags in room or decaf coffee. Furthermore the kettle was completely frothed up with limescale and filter was missing from spout, totally unusable. Electric light above bathroom mirror faulty and therefore could not use the electric shaver point attached, this was very disappointing!"
