"It is a pleasure to write a review of Casa das Capelas. It is a large and beautiful, fully renovated, historical building, set in lovely grounds. My excellent room looked out over rolling countryside. So peaceful. And the owners were extremely hospitable. There is a great patio to have a glass of wine, meet a few locals and eat a light dinner. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area."

"This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals."

"Food too technical, room very basic, poor internet, no one could speak English which meant I could not order correct food get soaked walking a fair distance to car park but apart from the rooms the hotel inside looked nice "

"The hotel provided us with comfortable accommodation which was clean. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was closed as it was Sunday so we had to eat at the shopping centre. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable and adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice. "

La propietaria, Diana, encantadora y dispuesta a ayudarte a planificar rutas o lo que necesites. El bizcocho que pone en el desayuno (además de pan tostado, fruta y zumo) es casero y está muy bueno."
