"We were pleased with the upgrade of our room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel didn't provide a kettle in the room, the safe didn't work, and the double bed was actually two single beds. The staff is super friendly, and it is a superb location, close to loads of metro and bus stations and walking distance from Las Ramblas. "

"This was our first experience with the H10 group, and it won't be our last. The hotel was beautiful, our room had a striking sunrise view of the city, the breakfast was fresh and varied over our week long stay, and the rooftop deck was an unexpected bonus space. The location for sightseeing couldn't be better. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone we enountered seemed to enjoy helping the guests have a great time in this wonderful city."
