"The property needs sprucing up! "

"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Second time of staying having booked through Hotels.com. Both times hotel had no record of our booking. Unclear where the fault lay. Luckily a room was available each time as out of season. Hotel and rooms need refurbishment."

"Booked the room located on the ground floor. Note that it is accessed via a door from the street and then down four or five steps. As such it feels a bit like you are in a basement. There is a window to the front into the street. The only other light is from side windows into a ventilation shaft that doubles as a staircase for the upstairs. As such there is nowhere to sit outside. Locals sit in the street, so this is your only option! Immaculately clean. Kitchen is in the middle of the room. No...
