"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "Beautiful view from front terrace of hillside area and castle. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and hotel restaurant serves delicious meal at very reasonable prices. Original plan was an overnight stopover en route but we extended our stay to 3 days. Highly recommended."

"It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too."
