"Hotel, was nice except only do cleaning every four days, and not liking that not everyday do cleaning, in the hotel."

"Arriving at night during rainfall, it was difficult to find the reception. We eventually did, but the receptionist wasn’t there at the moment. Once we found her she was very kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant is wonderful. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. As part of the location, it’s very naturally beautiful; however, the fog and rain made it more difficult to enjoy. We would be willing to try staying here (during dry season)."

They went out of their way to help us not only with our stay but also to ensure we had information on things to do, who to contact, etc. Excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable for the price, and though we had some water pressure issues in the shower due to the cloudiness and reliance on solar power, they were quick to find solutions and it did not affect our stay.
