Unfortunately I was unable to get the radiator to heat properly the thermostat was on 5 but only warm to the touch, the pipe leading to the radiator was very hot, but the rooms temperature was OK. I could have contacted reception? thanks"

"Everything about the Royal Bath hotel (the one I was made to stay at as the carrington house was closed) was great thanks. Buffet breakfast and dinner included and the spreads were delicious."

"We loved this hotel! It had apparently had a huge refurb about 2 years ago. It was decorated beautifully with quality, well placed items of furniture. The staff were super friendly and efficient. We ate in the restaurant and again the staff were great. The food was delicious. Breakfast was just as good. Parking was easy. I would whole heartedly recommend this place. "

"Ideal place to stay in Bournemouth for the sea front, conference centre, and theatre at a very fair price. Car park is not huge, so get there early to get a spot."
