"Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location. I liked the breakfast inclusion and options. TV did not work though which was a shame after a day out when you want to have a tea and some wind down viewing before bed."

"The property was clean and and staff at checkin was very helpful. Very close to shops & beach Bit noise early in night from restaurants the street but once in room could barley hear noise. I would certainly stay there again"

"Five minutes after arriving in room found cockroach which scurried under our luggage until we stomped on it. It was the largest one we had ever seen. Found smaller one on bathroom the next day. When we checked out and I mentioned it she said they regularly do peat maintenance but that it is a problem on all on Bondi Beach. Everything else was good. Place is larger than most hotels. Still we couldn’t spread out because we didn’t want to bring cockroaches home so we kept our luggage closed. "

"Beautiful building with a leafy garden. Kind staff. Tru to request a room with a bay window view, I thought I had booked the queen room with the window views but it ended up being a clean and nice room with little day light as my window had a building opposite.pleasant stay, would boom again "
