", We booked through Expedia, but when we arrived the host had no knowledge that we were expected. As you might expect, they were taken completely by surprise. Nevertheless, every effort was made to accommodate us and to make thing right. So very nice people to have encountered. "The staff really let this place down. When we arrived we waited at the reception for 10 minutes while a member of staff carried on a casual conversation with a friend. We were told that breakfast was served from 8am - when we went downstairs at 8.20am all the lights were off and no one could be found.
