"This place is nice in the country side in front of an orange field. I did not see any rats but did see droppings. I report immediately to property management and quickly reponded to my concerns. This house has all needed amenities common house would have. Very safe feeling. Tranquility for sure."

One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues.
