"My favorite hotel in ABQ. Clean and well managed. I have stayed here many times. This stay was the first time staying on the 2nd floor. Ice machine wasn’t working on this floor or the next floor that the out of order sign directed me to. Also there was a bright street light right outside the window and the curtains were not heavy enough to block the light adequately."

This hotel is 1st class all the way.....................definitely will be staying here next time! I felt safe and safe to park my car overnight as well. "Hotel Zazz really is one of a kind. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel itself is bright and colorful and cheery. The staff's positive attitude is reflective of the hotel's quirky stories. And while there weren't many people at the speakeasy, the cocktails were top notch. Second time here and would definitely come back a third and a fourth."

"Staff very friendly, and helpful. The property has lau dry, but theachi e didn't work well and left soap in my clothes so I had to go out ofy way to do my laundry. I am traveling and not having that one thing work well puts a damper on my patience. Outside of that the place is very nice. "
