"We had a wonderful stay. We had a kettle for tea or coffee in our room with milk provided and delicious little cookies as well. Hillary, the owner brought us a water in a pitcher and glasses if we were thirsty. Breakfast was delicious with options ranging from a full breakfast to a continental breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Staff Reception and Management were all fantastic! Our stay was at a time just after the major storm but nothing was too much. I had flown in from Portugal but the stories I heard from local people who the hotel had looked after during this awful time was amazing. Well done The Ellison. "This is a beautiful property with beautiful views. Our hosts, Anna and Vulga, were excellent. My wife and I left a day early because there was no electricity or heat due to a very strong winter storm, but that didn't diminish our overall experience. We would be happy to stay here again."

"We stayed in self catering house just few yards from the hotel. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable too. We ate in hotel on first night. Food was excellent. Hotel is very well decorated and clean. Staff were helpful, especially Marian and Kylie. Didn’t use the spa nor the sauna (which you have to pay extra for). The sauna is by the small private beach. Definitely would highly recommend this place."
