"1/3 rd of the hotel experience is the hotel's physical condition. This particular hotel needs a serious renovation, things that shouldn't be visible, are, for instance in the dining area, you have paint chipping off the wall, there is a wall as you first walk in to the dining area (left side) where the eall is extremely dirty. The rooms have had the ceiling patched up, but with a very low budget handwork, there are gaps, chipps and in some cases, they didnt even bother to paint the entire thing,...

"They were out of non-smoking room so I was given a room on the smoking floor. The hall smelled smoke noticeably but the room was fine with barely a scent of smoke. There's only 1 light in the bathroom so the mirror was a bit dark. Shower is open on the side making the floor outside the shower area wet after shower. Nice hot water in the shower with plenty of space under the adjustable showerhead. "
