"部屋にバスタオルバスマットなどのタオル類が一切、用意されていませんでした。 部屋にある電話機は受付につながらないため、フロントがあるロビーまで行き、タオルの用意を依頼しました。 その後、バスタオルは1枚しか用意されませんでした。いつもはバスタオルは2枚用意されています。1枚しか支給されていないのに、チェックアウト後にホテルから、「バスタオルが1枚しかないが、持って帰ったのではないか｝というメッセージが届きました。 自分たちのサービスの落ち度があったのに、お客にそのような言葉を言うのは失礼でとても不愉快になりました。 またポットは壊れていて電源が入らない。その後交換してもらいましたが、その対応も30分以上待たされました。 バスルームは排水溝の匂いがして清潔ではありませんでした。 このホテルは多く利用していましたが、今回はとても残念なサービスでした"

"Fast check in and helpful staffs. Room is clean with hot running showers. Free transport to factory. Breakfast is decent with a few variety of food. Could have increase the variety of food available for breakfast. Good overall stay"

And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. "If I know the Ibis Hotel here has such an un Ibis Hotel standard .. I would not waste my money to stay here for sure... 1. The hotel is pretty dark from the outside and even the driver barely can see any signs that light up to show the hotel name and directions. 2. I am guessing that this hotel is not a new hotel, since there is many signs of abandoned spots like broken glass on the security post and many that maybe don't have to state one by one.. 3. Breakfast, this is upsetting .....
