The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "Besides the mistake at the front desk, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the location was convenient. I will visit again."

"Fantastic views to the river from our room. The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on. The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else. My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard. I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows . Not a nice...
