"The view was beautiful and the walk to town was a little over 20 minutes, that said our room had a terrible smell in the 'kitchen area closet' they tried to clean it on the second day but it smelled so bad we had to sleep with the door open. The rest of the room was clean, towels were very rough (maybe air dried). I wish I could score it higher but the smell (like a dead animal) really ruined our stay, it was good we were gone most of the day. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak...

"Our checkin was very slow, we had to wait over 2 hours. But we were offered coffee and nice view and pool to pass the time. Our room was basic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful. "

The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy...
