"Lovely hotel, nice furnishings, quick check in, well located. Welcome relief after travelling and loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. "Been to the Hotel a few times but this experience without a doubt was the worse. 1) I understand that this is a kid friendly Hotel but surely at 21h00 it should not sound like a kindergarten at break time outside. (kids screaming, crying and doors banging) 2) When one actually complains about the noise levels outside the room one was approached with a less than sympathetic person on the other side that wants to tell you about the law and noise levels after 22h00.
